The concept behind Meet Up Locally is to bring together local people and local venues in a social networking website that gives each area its own community. Each member gets their own membership card along with their membership pack and national savings brochure.
Our venue guide will allow local venues to register and set up their own venue website within meet up locally to promote their venue. They can then post news and events for people to keep inform about what they have to offer.. Members can then subscribe to venues with events listings to be kept informed on what's really going on in their own town at their favourite venues.
Meet Up Membership Discount Card
Each member to Meet Up Locally gets their own plastic Meet Up Locally Membership Discount Card saving them money at local venues as well as giving them discounts on nation brand names. Along with your membership pack is an A5 colour brochure to all the national savings you can get on shopping, travel, motoring, insurance, holidays and leisure and much more. These discounts are offered by CountDown (TM) who have run national discounts for many years and as a member to Meet Up Locally you benefit from registratioith Countdown for all their national discounts.
Your membership to the Meet up website will be automatically extended to the expiry date when receive card. Your membershiprd is embossed with your name, membership number and expiry date.
Any local venues that up to Meet Up Locally and decide to offer discounts will then just need to be shown membershipd to obtain your discounts. Each venue sets their own discounts up their own website.
Venue Websites
Our venues system has listings of over 19,000 pubs, clubs, restaurants and leisure activitie available in your area and shows places that you can use you local discount card.
Each venue can opt to have their own venue website within Meet Up Locally and can then build their own content, add in sections for news, events, features and reviews.
They can also opt to have subscribers and post events to their venue site. Meet up members can then subscribe to receive alerts whenever a new event is added into their venue site.
